A court may make an interim suspension order where a practitioner's failure to attend court or provide instructions for the making of final disciplinary orders appears to repeat the avoidant conduct underlying the original findings of unprofessional conduct. A practitioner's obligation of candour and frankness extends to proceedings before the Court, not merely before the Board and Tribunal.
