Systematic misappropriation of trust account funds over an extended period constitutes professional misconduct warranting removal from the Roll. The mere effluxion of time without further adverse conduct does not establish reformation of character where the offending was prolonged and dishonest. A respondent who does not give evidence of reformation cannot establish that the reflection upon character from planned dishonesty has been overcome.
