Once orders disposing of a proceeding have been perfected by entry, the court has no jurisdiction to set them aside absent fraud or a specific statutory provision such as UCPR rr 36.15, 36.16 or 36.17. Autodesk Inc v Dyason (No 2) does not qualify this principle, as it concerned orders that had not yet been entered.
