A sentencing judge's failure to specifically mention every aspect of an offender's domestic violence history does not constitute error where the judge stated all subjective circumstances in the reports had been taken into account and the remarks were delivered ex tempore. A complaint that the sentencing judge failed to consider the effect of incarceration on the offender's child cannot be sustained on appeal where no submission to that effect was made at first instance and no evidence of the child's circumstances was adduced on appeal.
