Verdicts of guilty on drug possession and not guilty on firearm possession are not inconsistent where the items were found in the same container, if the circumstantial evidence supporting the inference of knowledge differs between the two charges. Fingerprint evidence, linked markings on containers, possession of drug paraphernalia, and the high value of drugs may support an inference of knowledge of drugs without equally supporting knowledge of a firearm in the same container.
