Where a solicitor who drafted and witnessed a will was misled by lies told by those benefitting under it, the solicitor's evidence as to the testatrix's knowledge and approval — being based on those lies — cannot be sufficient to discharge the propounder's onus of establishing the righteousness of the transaction, even where the solicitor is found to be honest.
