Employment conditions only affected as expressly provided

In force

This part, other than as provided by sections 24 and 25, does not affect—

(a)

any term or condition of the employment of any employee of ACTEW whose services have been seconded; or

(b)

any rights and entitlements that have accrued before the secondment; or

(c)

the accrual of any rights or entitlements that are due to accrue after the secondment.
