In force

The public trustee and guardian must—

(a)

make an inventory or list of all the estates of the persons that the public trustee and guardian has been ordered to collect and administer and keep it in his or her office; and

(c)

keep all letters received, and copies of all letters written by the public trustee and guardian, and all deeds, papers, and writings of and relating to those estates.
