96 Orders on complaints under s 95
(1)
On the hearing of a complaint under section 95, the Supreme Court may make any order that it considers just.
(2)
To remove any doubt, an order under subsection (1) has effect, and may be enforced, as if it had been made by the Supreme Court in a proceeding between the parties to the complaint.
