Hearings to be in camera

(1)

Proceedings on an application for an adoption order or ancillary proceedings must not be heard in open court.

(2)

People other than parties to the proceedings or their legal practitioners or representatives must, except as otherwise permitted by the court, be excluded during the hearing of the proceedings.
