63 Application for trapping permit
(1)
A person may apply to the authority for—
(a)
a commercial trapping permit, for the purposes of a commercial trapping operation; or
(b)
a private trapping permit, for domestic or private purposes.
(2)
The authority may, in writing, require the applicant to give the authority additional information in writing or documents that the authority reasonably needs to decide the application.
(3)
If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (2), the authority may refuse to consider the application further.
