72 Surrender of trapping permits
(1)
A trapping permit-holder may surrender the trapping permit by giving the authority written notice of the surrender and the permit.
(2)
The surrender takes effect on—
(a)
the day the notice is given to the authority under subsection (1); or
(b)
if the notice states a later date of effect—that date.
