73A Definitions—pt 6A
In this part:
approval means—
(a)
an authorisation; or
(b)
a circus permit; or
(c)
a licence; or
(d)
a pet business licence; or
(e)
a trapping permit; or
(f)
a travelling zoo permit.
approved person means the holder of an approval.
regulatory body means—
(a)
for an authorisation holder—the animal ethics committee; or
(b)
for a circus permit-holder, licensee, licensed pet business, trapping permit-holder or travelling zoo permit-holder—the authority.
