15 Deciding applications
(1)
The director-general must approve an application for registration as an ART provider if satisfied—
(a)
the applicant is eligible to be registered; and
(b)
the application is made in accordance with section 13.
(2)
The director-general must approve an application for renewal of registration as an ART provider if satisfied—
(a)
the applicant is eligible to be registered; and
(b)
the application is made in accordance with section 14.
(3)
The director-general must give written notice of their decision to approve or refuse an application to the applicant.
