Conditions on registration
16 Conditions on registration
A person’s registration as an ART provider is subject to any conditions the director-general considers appropriate.
However, before imposing a condition under subsection (1), the director-general must—
give the person a written notice—
stating the proposed condition; and
stating the reason for the proposed condition; and
telling the person that the person may give a written response to the director-general about the matters stated in the notice not later than 28 days after the person receives the notice; and
consider any response given to the director-general in accordance with paragraph (a) (iii).
A condition imposed under this section must not be inconsistent with a condition imposed on the person’s ART accreditation and, to the extent of any inconsistency, is invalid.
