Voluntary information about personal characteristics

(1)

A donor or mature donor conceived person may, by written notice, give the director-general information about their personal characteristics for inclusion in the donor register.

(2)

The notice may state restrictions on the disclosure of the information.

(3)

The director-general may enter in the donor register any information given to the director-general under this section.
