64 Disclosure to subject of information
The director-general must, on application by any of the following people, give the person a copy of any information about the person kept in the donor register:
a donor;
a mature donor conceived person;
a person who has undergone ART treatment or self-insemination using a donated gamete.
The director-general must, on application by a parent of a donor conceived child or young person, give the parent a copy of any information about the child or young person kept in the donor register.
This section does not authorise disclosure of information about—
anyone other than the applicant, or for an application under subsection (2), anyone other than the child or young person; or
the applicant’s relationship with other people, or for an application under subsection (2), the child or young person’s relationship with other people, unless the information was originally provided by the applicant.
