70 Consent to disclosure generally
A person whose information is kept in the donor register may consent to the disclosure of the information in circumstances not otherwise allowed under this part.
The consent must be given by written notice to the director-general.
The director-general may require the person to provide proof of identity with the consent.
The consent may be withdrawn or modified by written notice to the director-general.
Nothing in this part prevents the director-general from disclosing information about a person kept in the donor register if—
the person has consented to the disclosure under this section; and
the disclosure is consistent with the consent.
