78 Definitions—pt 7
In this part:
associated entity, of a corporation, means—
(a)
a related corporation; or
(b)
an executive officer of the corporation or related corporation; or
(c)
a person with a significant interest in the corporation or related corporation.
recipient, in relation to an improvement notice or prohibition notice, means the person to whom the notice is given under this part.
related corporation means a related body corporate under the Corporations Act.
