82 Revoking improvement notice
(1)
An improvement notice remains in force until the day it is revoked.
(2)
The director-general may, on application by the recipient made in accordance with the notice or on the director-general’s own initiative, revoke the notice if satisfied it has been complied with.
(3)
The director-general must give written notice of their decision under subsection (2) to the recipient.
(4)
If an application for revocation is refused, the written notice must—
(a)
state the reasons for the refusal; and
(b)
set a further period after which an application can be made under subsection (2).
