158 Biosecurity undertakings
(1)
The director‑general may accept a written undertaking (a biosecurity undertaking) given by a person if—
(a)
the person has failed to comply with this Act; or
(b)
the director‑general suspects that the person has failed to comply or is likely to fail to comply with this Act.
(2)
The giving of an undertaking by a person does not constitute an admission of guilt in relation to the matters to which the undertaking relates.
