165 Biosecurity undertakings—effect on other proceedings
A proceeding may not be brought against a person for an offence if—
(a)
the conduct constituting the offence is the subject of a biosecurity undertaking; and
(b)
the undertaking is in force; and
(c)
the person has not failed to comply with the undertaking.
