107 Gaming machines
(1)
The casino licensee commits an offence if the licensee does any of the following in the casino:
(a)
possesses a gaming machine;
(b)
permits the installation of a gaming machine;
(c)
installs a gaming machine;
(d)
permits the use of a gaming machine;
(e)
uses a gaming machine.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
