109 Forgery
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
forges a chip, chip purchase voucher, licence under this Act, or form of identification used for this Act; or
(b)
utters counterfeit chips or a forged or counterfeit chip purchase voucher, licence under this Act, or form of identification used for this Act.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
