Minister to appoint advisory panel members

In force

(1)

The Minister must appoint the members of a casino advisory panel.

Note For the making of appointments (including acting appointments), see the Legislation Act, pt 19.3.

(2)

Each panel member is appointed on a part-time basis.

(3)

A panel member’s conditions of appointment are the conditions stated in the appointment, subject to any determination under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995.
