17 Application for approval to amend casino lease
(1)
The parties to a casino lease may apply to the Minister for approval to amend the lease.
(2)
An application for approval must—
(a)
be in writing signed by the parties to the casino lease; and
(b)
be accompanied by the proposed amendment.
