26 Determination of casino licence fee
(1)
The Minister may determine a fee for the casino licence.
(2)
The Minister must not determine a casino licence fee more than once in any 12-month period.
(3)
The casino licensee must pay the casino licence fee to the commission at the times and in the way provided in the casino licence fee determination.
(4)
A casino licence fee determination is a notifiable instrument.
