Licence fee payable even if casino licence suspended

This section applies if the casino licence is suspended under section 38 (1).

(2)

Despite section 24 (2), the casino licensee must pay the casino licence fee for the period during which the casino licence is suspended.

Note

If the commission is owed an amount by the casino licensee under this division, the commission may recover the amount as a debt owing by the casino licensee to the commission in a court of competent jurisdiction or the ACAT (see Legislation Act, s 177).
