43 Requirements for transportation, burial or cremation in coffin etc
(1)
The chief health officer may determine requirements for the transportation, burial or cremation of human remains in any of the following kind of container or wrapping:
(a)
a coffin;
(b)
an eco-coffin;
(c)
a shroud.
(2)
The chief health officer must be satisfied the requirement is in the interests of public health.
(3)
A determination is a notifiable instrument.
