56 Offences—failure to update information in application
A person commits an offence if—
a person applies to the regulator for a licence under section 49; and
the information required to be included in the application under section 49 (2) changes; and
the person does not tell the regulator, in writing, about the change within 7 days.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person is a licensee of a facility; and
the person applies to the regulator to amend the licence under section 51; and
the information required to be included in the application under section 51 (2) changes; and
the person does not tell the regulator, in writing, about the change within 7 days.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person is a licensee of a facility; and
the person applies to the regulator to transfer the licence to another person under section 52; and
the information required to be included in the application under section 52 (2) changes; and
the person does not tell the regulator, in writing, about the change within 7 days.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
