85 Authorised person must show identity card
If an authorised person exercises a power under this Act that affects an individual, the authorised person must first show their identity card to the individual.
If an authorised person exercises a power under this Act that affects a person, other than an individual, the authorised person must first show their identity card to an individual they believe on reasonable grounds is an employee, officer or agent of the person.

An authorised person and any other person other than a police officer who is accompanying the authorised person may not remain at premises if the authorised person fails to show the occupier their identity card when asked by the occupier.
