53 Sale of feature films with advertisements
A person commits an offence if—
the person sells a film (the feature film); and
the feature film is accompanied by an advertisement for another film; and
the feature film has a classification mentioned in column 2 of an item in table 53; and
the advertised film does not have a classification mentioned in column 3 of the item.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person sells a classified film (the feature film); and
the feature film is accompanied by an advertisement for an unclassified film; and
the advertisement does not comply with the advertising scheme.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
