53D Advertisements for category 1 restricted or category 2 restricted publications
A person commits an offence if—
the person publishes an advertisement for a publication classified category 1 restricted; and
the advertisement is published—
in a publication other than a publication classified category 1 restricted or category 2 restricted; or
in a place other than a restricted publications area.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person publishes an advertisement for a publication classified category 2 restricted; and
the advertisement is published—
in a publication other than a publication classified category 2 restricted; or
in a place other than a restricted publications area.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person is the occupier of a place other than a restricted publications area; and
an advertisement for a publication classified category 2 restricted is published in the place.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
