Payment by instalments

In force

(1)

If, under section 54H, the commissioner renews a licence, the licensee may pay the determined fee by instalments.

(2)

Instalment payments must be paid on or before the due date.

(3)

If a person fails to pay an instalment by the due date, the commissioner must, by notice to the licensee, suspend the licence.

(4)

If a person fails to pay an instalment within 30 days after the due date for the instalment, the commissioner must cancel the licence.

(5)

In this section:

due date means 1 February, 1 May, 1 August or 1 November.
