Recording interim licence suspension

In force

If the registrar suspends a licence under section 59 (Interim licence suspension), the registrar must immediately include the following in the register in relation to the suspension:

(a)

the date of suspension;

(b)

the length of the suspension;

(c)

whether the suspension has been extended.
