43 Hindering or obstructing authorised licensee
(1)
An entity commits an offence if—
(a)
the entity knows someone is an authorised licensee; and
(b)
the entity hinders or obstructs the authorised licensee in the exercise of an authorised action.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (b).
