47A Licensee must comply with determinations about training
(1)
This section applies if the registrar makes a determination under section 104B (Determinations about training) that applies to a licensee.
(2)
The licensee must comply with the determination.
Note
Failure to comply with a determination is a ground for occupational discipline (see s 55 (1) (a)) and may result in a refusal to renew a licence (see s 25 (3)).
