60 Effect of interim suspension
(1)
This section applies if the registrar suspends a licence under section 59.
(2)
The licence is suspended as soon as the licensee receives the notice of suspension.
(3)
The suspension ends when the earlier of the following happens:
(a)
the licensee receives a notice of revocation under section 61;
(b)
the ACAT decides the application for occupational discipline in relation to the licensee.
