1325 Listing hearing
At a listing hearing for a proceeding, the court may make the directions it considers appropriate including in relation to—
simplifying the issues in dispute; and
limiting the number of witnesses or the issues to be covered by witness evidence; and
the filing and serving of expert reports; and
the filing and serving of affidavit evidence; and
the admission of facts or documents to avoid unnecessary proof; and
written submissions to the court on issues of law or issues of law and fact; and
the estimated length of the trial; and
the possibility of the proceeding being settled before the trial; and
anything else that may assist the early resolution of the proceeding.
