2004 Enforcement—amount recoverable
(1)
The costs of enforcement of an order are recoverable as part of the order.
Note
The costs of enforcement may be allowed without assessment if the costs (other than disbursements incurred) are not more than the amount in sch 3, pt 3.4.
(2)
Interest on an order debt is recoverable as part of the money order.
