2008 Enforcement—against property of business
(1)
This rule applies if—
(a)
a proceeding is brought against a person under a business name; and
(b)
rule 291 (Proceeding in business name if unregistered etc) applies to the business name.
(2)
An order in the proceeding may be enforced against any property of the person.
(3)
The court may amend an order made in the proceeding to make it an order against the person.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application to amend an order.
