2209 Seizure and sale order—property seized not abandoned
If an enforcement officer seizes property at premises under a seizure and sale order—
(a)
the enforcement officer is not taken to have abandoned the property if the enforcement officer leaves the property at the premises; and
(b)
the enforcement officer may at all reasonable times re-enter the premises while the property is there.
