Contempt—application of div 2.18.16

In force

This division applies to the following contempts:

(a)

contempt for contravention of an order of the court or an undertaking given to the court;

(b)

contempt committed in the face or in the hearing of the court;

(c)

any other contempt of the court;

(d)

contempt of the Australian Crime Commission under the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 (Cwlth), section 34A;

(e)

contempt of the ACT Integrity Commission under the Integrity Commission Act 2018, section 166.
