774 Receiver—duty in relation to property
(1)
This rule applies if a receiver is in possession of property.
(2)
The receiver must manage and deal with the property according to the requirements of the laws of the State or Territory where the property is situated, in the same way in which the owner or possessor would be bound to do if in possession.
