178 Exclusion direction—information to be recorded
As soon as practicable after giving a person an exclusion direction, a police officer must make a record of the following:
the date and time the direction was given;
the name of the person, or if the name of the person is not known—
a detailed description of the person; or
if it is not reasonably practicable to give a detailed description of the person because the person is part of a group of people—a detailed description of the group;
the reason for giving the direction;
the exclusion zone to which the direction applies;
the exclusion period, if any;
the route or direction, if any, that the person must to take to leave the zone;
the time and date the direction ends.
