174 Definitions—pt 9
In this part:
exclusion direction—see section 175 (3).
exclusion period—see section 175 (3) (b).
exclusion zone—see section 175 (3) (a).
public place means—
(a)
a street, road, public park or reserve; or
(b)
a building, premises or other place that the public is entitled to use or that is open to, or used by, the public, whether on payment of money or otherwise.
