724 Obstructing etc legal proceeding
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
intentionally obstructs or hinders a court, tribunal, commission, board or other entity in the exercise of its functions in a legal proceeding; or
(b)
intentionally causes a substantial disruption to a legal proceeding before a court, tribunal, commission, board or other entity.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
