Part 5Cooperation and referral between inspector and other entities
35 Information sharing
(1)
An information sharing entity may disclose to the inspector relevant information held by the entity to the extent that it is reasonably necessary for this part.
(2)
The inspector may disclose to an information sharing entity relevant information held by the inspector to the extent that it is reasonably necessary for this part.
(3)
The inspector and an information sharing entity may enter into an information sharing protocol for this section.
(4)
In this section:
information sharing entity means an entity mentioned in section 31 (1).
