118 Ending of prohibition notices given for inspection etc
(1)
This section applies to a prohibition notice if the notice was given under section 109 (2) (b) (which is about notices given to allow inspection, testing, monitoring and investigation).
(2)
The prohibition notice ends at the end of the period stated in the notice under section 110 (2) (c) (Contents of prohibition notices) or, if the period is extended under section 111, the end of the extended period.
