120 Request for compensation for prohibition notice
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a prohibition notice is given in relation to premises; and
(b)
a person suffers loss or expense because of the giving of the notice; and
(c)
the person considers that there were insufficient grounds for giving the notice.
(2)
The person may apply, in writing, to the Minister for compensation.
(3)
The application must give reasons why the person considers that there were insufficient grounds for giving the prohibition notice.
